Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and donations. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns
Our mutual goal is to act with integrity to work together to make things right. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may send it back to us within 14 days of receipt of the item.
In the event, you wish to return a product you must contact us (either by phone 208-918-0536 or by email support@rawstyleapparel.com) to explain the reason for the return and receive an RA number (Return Authorization).
Return shipping is at your expense unless we sent you the wrong item or the item is damaged. We encourage you to use a return shipping method that will provide you with tracking information. If we do not receive the shipment and return tracking information cannot be provided, then a refund will not be issued.
We will issue a refund (minus a 10% return processing fee) via the same payment method originally used, (and less any shipping charges for shipments outside of the U.S.A.). In order for a refund to be issued, the item must be in original packaging, unused, clean and in re-sellable condition.
If you desire a different item, please place a new order online. Exchanges are not available through our returns department.
Only items purchased from rawstyleapparel.com are eligible for return or exchange. If you received a Raw Style item from one of our retail partners, please contact them for their return policies.
Please allow 7 days from the time the returned item is received at Raw Style for a credit to be issued to your original payment method.
