How long will it take to process my order?
We make every effort to pack and ship your order within 2 business days of receipt. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday.
Why didn’t I receive my order or shipping confirmation email?
Sorry to hear you didn’t get an email! We send an email when orders are placed and when they are shipped. The shipping email will include tracking information. If you didn’t receive these emails, please check your spam and junk email folders. If you still can’t find the emails, please contact our customer support team here to have the emails resent.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?
Absolutely! If you contact our customer support team here within 1 business day of placing your order, they can help you cancel or modify your order.
Did you place your order more than 1 business day ago? No problem! You may return your order by accessing your account here or contact our customer support team to make an exchange.
